Using Badal

Recruiters may create job posts, collect applications, review screening reports, and connect supported email or Google services. Applicants may submit information to an open role or an assessment sent to them. Provide accurate information and use the service only for legitimate hiring activity.

Recruiter responsibilities

Recruiters control the job description, questions, criteria, assignments, and final hiring decisions. They should request only job-related information they need, give candidates a fair opportunity to respond, review AI outputs before relying on them, and follow employment and privacy rules that apply to their hiring. Badal can automatically advance or reject candidates at screening stages; recruiters remain responsible for their hiring process and should review those outcomes.

Candidate materials

Applicants keep ownership of their resumes, answers, and work samples. By submitting them, applicants allow Badal to store and process them for the hiring workflow, including AI evaluation and sharing them with the recruiter for the role. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share, and do not put passwords, financial account details, or unrelated sensitive information in an application.

Accounts and agent access

Recruiters are responsible for activity in their account and for protecting sign-in links, agent keys, and one-time connection links. Connected agents can read and change the recruiter’s hiring data according to the permissions granted. Revoke a connection or key in the workspace if it should no longer have access. Do not use the service to access another person’s account or disrupt its operation.

Screening credits and payments

Public application forms and Stage 1 Sheets sync remain free. The first 10 candidate screenings are free; additional screening credits can be purchased through Stripe. The current offer is shown before checkout: $5 for 25 credits ($0.20 per candidate), including the later assessment. Credits are service allowances, not a cash balance. Payment must be confirmed before credits are added; test mode is labeled and uses no real money.

Automatic top-up is off by default. If you enable it and authorize a saved card in checkout, Badal can buy another $5 credit pack when your credits are exhausted and applicants are waiting, and process that waiting work. Disable future automatic top-ups in Credits; a charge already in progress may complete. If a charge fails or needs authentication, payment and automatic processing pause for your action. Stripe handles card details. Contact us about payment or refund questions.

Availability and outside services

Background screening, email, Sheets sync, and booking-link delivery may take time or fail. Check the workspace for actual delivery and processing status before assuming a step completed. Google, Resend, OpenRouter, and other connected services have their own terms. Badal does not promise a job, an interview, uninterrupted availability, or that an AI report is complete or correct.
